Once a contract is accepted and provided to our office our closing concierge will reach out to you to begin the closing process. We will be collecting information from you and your agent to ensure a smooth transaction. SC is a buyer choice state meaning the buyer has the right to choose their own closing attorney.
Refinances/ Home Equity Loans/Construction Loans
Refinance and HELOCs are real estate transactions on property that you already own. When working with your lender it is your right to choose the closing attorney. SC is a borrowers choice state meaning the borrower has the right to choose their own closing attorney. If you would like Edwards Law to handle your refinance or HELOC please provide our information to your lender.
